10 years ago For the first release, we should aim to have basic functionality of the website fully working. The following is a list of what we aim to be in the first release (0.1).
Features:
- Ability to upload a video (and to check the file size of the file before it is being uploaded)
- Ability to set title and description on/before upload.
- Ability to display a video depending on URL string.
- Ability to display a list of videos based on upload date.
Moderation features
- Ability to limit number of uploads for each day/week/month/year.
- Ability to set a file size limit.
- Ability to approve newly uploaded videos before they are displayed publicly.
- Ability to reject an uploaded video, but have a record of the IP address and the reason why it was rejected (for later reference).
- Ability to delete a video (that was approved before).
- Ability to see the IP address of the uploader of any video.
- Ability to block a single or a range of IP addresses from uploading.
- Ability to block a single or a range of IP addresses from entering/loading any part of the site.

We need to decide what functionality the website should have in its first release. Then we need to create a list of tasks for each function we would like to add to the website (kinda like a to-do list).
