tint settings icons in delta_primary color, cleanup #3244

the settings icon are the last usage of delta_primary_dark color - there is not much reason for that, also barely visible, i think it looks even better using the standard delta_primary

moreover, this PR removes some unused colors and references (parts of cleanup was taken from unmerged https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-android/pull/3243)
