fix qr code scanning on onboarding #2184

to test:

[x] scan DCACCOUNT/DCLOGIN from welcome -> create-profile -> use-other-server
[x] tap DCACCOUNT/DCLOGIN from welcome -> create-profile -> use-other-server
[x] scan DCACCOUNT/DCLOGIN from below-chatlist-qr
[x] add as second device from welcome -> i already have a profile -> add-as-second-device
[x] add as second device from below-chatlist-qr
[x] import backup from welcome -> i already have a profile
