this is regarded to look better when copy+pasting content is shown in testflight summary
it is the style used by many ppl intuitively nowadays
it is the same style as used in core changelog, also makes copy+paste easier from there
for consistency, we changed old entries. as new entries pick up existing style, future testflight summaries will look better :)
successor of #2366 , where i used * for consistent style - while i personally like the *, however, that does not outweight the other argumetns :) i do not care much about the character at the end, it should just be consistent
