make NSFaceIDUsageDescription translatable (should probably go over the android-strings-repo as similar strings).
the string is shown by the OS before the device owner verification is initially permitted by the user.
the string is currently in english only and was added at https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-ios/pull/2330
