Add dc_set_stock_translation support #389

Going to fix the failing test here. Since https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-core-rust/commit/b82af9fff38b227dccbf173fd3257debe53e4747 and core update https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-node/commit/e2427743a3d82c8a33fbd4eea289466ce9ad9db9 one of the test is failing.

This is a breaking change, some UPGRADING.md change is needed along with a new tag, but otherwise I think it is ready.

Constants are not updated here because they are updated in #388
