Replaced hardcoded mailcow endpoints and domains with variables and pinned deltachat package version because the latest one result in test_support_group_relaying getting stuck.

I have added MAIL_DOMAIN, MAILCOW_ENDPOINT and updated MAILCOW_TOKEN, but can't get test_support_group_relaying to work.

I have pinned deltachat dependency to 1.112.0 and now it works. Investigating, marked things as draft for now.
