before_login_hint is not shown for status 'OK' #268

i think, this fact was not that clear in the README before (came over that while reviewing #267 )

this PR documents the current state, it also makes sense to consider allowing before_login_hint for status OK, but that is effort also in the UIs, cmp. https://github.com/deltachat/provider-db/pull/267#discussion_r1413187764
