Chatmail-Instances an MailCow-Instances are blocked, because the IP is identified as dynmic, even the cluster is owned by big providers.

"refused to talk to me: 554 IP=http://95.216.152.144/ - Dialup/transient IP not allowed. Use a mailgateway or contact toda@rx.t-online.de if obsolete. (DIAL)"

A complaint has been lodged with the competent authority of the Federal Republic of Germany and is currently being processed.

A contact under the specified address is completely unsuccessful and meaningless.

We could show a warning before logging in: "if you use t-online.de, some people will not be able to send you messages. Consider picking a different provider."

For example, good idea.

And right now, german gouvermet (BSI) detects sytematicly the dager for the peopel (rescue and police and so on). Telekom will get some punches right now...
