repo: JUST file #120

We need a just file that

serves mdbook docs (mdbook serve --open doc)
builds the workspace AND the sp1 crate (cargo prove build inside crates/sp1 & cargo build in root)
installs deps (mdbook katex + mermaid preprocessors, redis, protoc, libssl)
runs tests
