Usability would be improved by providing a drop-down list for pickup location 
and datepickers for the pickup/expiry dates.

Pulling branch values from the Koha server could be do-able in the future - 
maybe in the form of a spinner..

If the user has to log in after pressing the place hold button, the form should 
be sent automatically without having to press the same button again.

Also, certain books that cannot be put on hold in the browser (i.e aren't 
available) can be put on hold in the app. Needs fixing.

The QR code for a branch should have a list of Pick-up locations valid for it. 

i.e Wellington Central Library; Miramar; Brooklyn
