The search results should show book cover thumbnails where these are available

The search results now show the image to the right when available. By searching 
the ISBN number of the book through Google's and Open library's thumbnail API.
Added a preferences in the preferences/settings tab to turn images off/on.

Issues:
-a bit slow at loading, images need to be moved to a background thread.
