Is there a way to get a working offline copy of the samples page. That page had demos with what code was used.

Tried Mozilla and Chrome; as well as switching Flash Plugin to 'always activate'.

Any ideas?

You could always just download the swf files (https://github.com/deltaluca/www.napephys.com/tree/gh-pages/samples) and open them in the standalone flash player.

So the site is already on github pages, it just redirects to napephys.com, though. I rebuilt on a fork:
