runtime defined general constraints? #12

Investigate possibility of having truly general constraints, scriptable in some way without the need for complex deriviations (so of course they would not have the same performance as hard-wired constraints).

maybe i'm just dreaming.

Partial progress made for fun in the symbolic branch.

Though not quite the same, the new UserConstraint API allows for user-defined constraints without modification to nape, and the symbolic branch could at some point be plugged into it... though not sure it's worth it given that it is not that difficult to create the required functions.

Going to close this 'issue'
