Unspecified, sporadic, hard to reproduce bug with DynAABBPhase + ray casting. #25

As reported by backda.

On his information, would occur it seems when using only aabb broadphase in conjunction with ray casting.

sigh

Given it's sporadicness, it may take a while to track it down fully.

Curious to see whether the bug I've now fixed in DynAABB could have resolved this also.

Going to close this since i've had no reports of it occuring again.
