Too low performance on mobile platform #66

Hi, Current version of nape 2.0.11 on haxelib, using haxe has too low performance on mobile platform.

deltaluca commented 11 years ago

Do you really expect that that is enough information to go on? What other libraries are you using, how are you building it, what exactly are you comparing it against, what mobile. There is way too much unknown here.

Are you comparing this against some past version of Nape that you're saying had much greater performance?

Also, be sure to test multiple platforms, and if you have not updated "openfl-native" recently, please do so. There was a logic bug that was preventing high framerates when the application was not under load -- meaning that low framerates were actually caused by not stressing the application enough.

Luca, I'm sorry but I can't find sources for AS3. Do you provide it? Where I can get latest as3 sources o Nape?

konsnos commented 11 years ago

Nape is written in Haxe, not AS3.

deltaluca commented 11 years ago

To add, to use Nape from AS3, you use the compiled .swcs http://napephys.com/downloads.html

therabbitwindfall commented 11 years ago

I mean sources, not swc :) I think before that it written on as3 also :)
