npm install does not work #1

results in 

npm install metalsmith-collection-tags
npm ERR! code E404
npm ERR! 404 Not Found: metalsmith-collection-tags@latest

Well huh, I wonder if I never actually published this module to NPM (four year ago!)

I have no idea if it still works with the current version of metalsmith; I'll take a look and if it does, I'll make a public build to npm for it.
