MCQ duplicate feedback #297

Expected Behaviour

MCQ feedback should only have one notify window

Actual Behaviour

Two windows are displayed. (Note enhanced question is enabled)

Steps to Reproduce

1.Import a course 2.Duplicate to tenant 3.Build or preview

This looks like something to do with the build process. Breaking builds did not have config.json build.includes. Normal output plugin also resulted in broken feedback. Rebuilding the course fixed the problem.

Could not reproduce on v0.5.4-D so closing.
