Selected nodemapping should be in focus #452

When clicking on a mapped tag in source or target the corresponding node mapping gets marked in pink in the "Node mappings" window. Happy if the marked node mapping could be moved so it is visible without having to scroll for it.

Irksome now since the node mapping list gets very long when mapping to apeEAD
