Config for water backing up - Feature request #38

Can you add a config option that will allow water to build up in streams to one block below the height of their source?

I am wanting to develop a mod that would use that mechanic. Ideally it would only trigger if it contacted a block from the oredict.

Are you asking for this mod to add water physics? I don't think that's possible.
