Add ability to transfer positions to another wallet via the UI #1141

Users should be able to easily transfer their position to another address via the UI. Since our positions are 1155 and not easily supported by other apps, it's important to have a feature in the UI to help with this.

[ ] Add dropdown menu for "Transfer position"
[ ] Add modal form to input an amount and the destination address
[ ] Wire up tx button the do the transfer (Optional: CommissionRoad tracer bullet)

Just adding in that Agent0 will also need to be handle this case for capturing data. I have a current implementation for calculating stats in this case, but it's not tested due to not having a good way to transfer tokens between wallets. Happy to jam on solutions to tracking pnl as well.
