Description

TODO:

[ ] fix absolute max short to ensure the output is always solvent #200
[ ] replace existing max short with new fn
[ ] fix state gen such that there is always a max short
[ ] rewrite conservative lp price to work (not sure this is even needed -- maybe just deprecate?)
[ ] write wasm & python bindings
