I can't open the file "mks_tft28_v4. 0. SCH" in the "schematic" folder Can you tell me how to open this file？

The schematic was never completed, but you should be able to use EagleCAD.

It was never compelted because the board was reverse engineered by darkspr1te and https://github.com/delwinbest/BIGTREETECH-TouchScreenFirmware ported to include the MKS TFT board.
