Deep Learning on Azure #8

The section "Deep Learning on Azure" is a big topic, and we need some rearrangement to allow better access.

@dem108 What do you propose? Any schema in mind?

@bensadeghi Some topics are across items, for example, Deep Learning on Azure, is across Azure ML service, Databricks, and all others. Just wanted to flag this and gather some ideas..

@bensadeghi I'm thinking about creating a separate repo with narrower / deeper focus on AI/ML, and link it back here so that I can do some experiments there. Potentially we can take this one (Awesome-Azure-Advanced-Analytics) as an umbrella/parent repo as the name suggests. What do you think?
