Add support for screen only display #2

This mod is incredible :) I realize you're only at the 0.1.0 release stage but... it's incredible.

For those of us who have custom built physical MDCUs this mod does away with all the challenges of popping out the display as an external screen using the sim functionality. The only challenge is you get the entire unit, keys and all.

Would it be possible to offer an URL endpoint that only shows the screen portion, nothing else?

Ok never mind, I looked at the code and this is already supported by adding fullscreen to the end of the URL.
