Virtual File System #16

There might be use-cases where you need a file system like S3 or Object Storage.

This is more of a maybe.

Progress has been made on this by one or more persons. In Rust, apparently you can implement a trait on a file crate and use stable memory as the backing. This may in fact be solved actually.
