Add functionality to the station information edition page

• To improve readability, hide columns RX vers, reduce text in NORTH EAST HEIGHT by removing the word ANTENNA (or ANT, see #128), reduce text by abbreviating RECEIVER with RX, RADOME CODE with RAD, and HEIGHT CODE with HC (see image below)

• Move the start and end date to so that they are the first columns

• Include a button that is "New from Last" that takes the last station info and uses it to fill in the fields. The start of the station info should be the end time of the last session + 1 second. If the date end is not "closed" (i.e. the date is 9999) then ask the user if station info should be closed. If the answer is YES then request a closure date. The default offered date should be "NOW". Include a clear button to clean the field. Do not remove the insert empty option! Maybe a drop down in + Add that shows "From last" and "Empty"?
