We use Dynamics CRM online
We have 2 separate Business process flows and we would like to switch from one to the other automatically.
I have added the 'set process' as a step in a workflow.
The workflow itself works (as another update record step is working fine) but even though in the workflow log the 'set process' step has been processed, it did not actually change the Business process flow.
In the past we used an out of the box solution for this. In a workflow we called an 'action': 'set process' but this isn't working anymore and it is a deprecated feature according to MS,
