fckeditor filemanager #1656

To get more options with fckeditor I have changed ToolbarSet to '''Default''' in [http://trac.seagullproject.org/browser/modules/0.6/default/templates/admin_header.html#L71 admin_header.html] under my admin theme.

And noticed minor issue with filemanager when tried to upload/select file to/from server (Image, Flash). See attached snapshot, pls.

From my point, the easiest way to fix was renaming "images/Image" to "images/image", "images/Flash" to "images/flash".

[demian] yeah Basic was chosen on purpose ;-) very easy to modify. From a BC point of view it's not great to rename directories, can you send a patch that updates fckEditor instead? is it a lot of changes?

[wik01] You are right, it's not great to rename directories and I just spent more time and noticed that it's even easiest to update fckEditor :)

fckeditor_filemanager_cfg.diff it's just few changes.
