Email Builder silently dies #1673

Email Builder always tries to create $bodyTxt, requiring Horde/Text/Filter.php and dies without a warning if the include cannot be found.

Included patch fixes this.

The current default mode: MODE_HTML_AND_TEXT always needs Filter.php, so I suggest this should be added to the SGL distribution to make it work 'out of the box'. Alternatively the default mode could be changed to MODE_HTML_ONLY.
