FCKEditor 2.6.5 Update #1738

There is a long list of bug fixes between 2.6.3 and 2.6.5, these may or may not be important to Seagull. There was a security fix in 2.6.4.1 http://www.ocert.org/advisories/ocert-2009-007.html I do not know is this effects Seagull. But here is a patch that brings FCKEditor up to 2.6.5

[malber] The patch is 3.0 MB, so it is too big to attach to this ticket.
