Mean Streets of Gadgetzhan + Bug Fixes + Card Updates

NOTE: I can split these into different Merges, but I'm doing them as one right away because I'm making sure they all work together.

Mean Streets of Gadgetzhan:

• New Cards!
• New Spells!
• Tri-Class Cards! (With optional multi-classing abilities!)

Card Updates:

• Mrglrlgrlglrglrgl Updates!
• Removed the id keyword, and replaced it with filenames!
  • Changed a few Druid card filenames so that this didn't cause weird issues.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a few pesky Deck Trigger issues! (Nobody will ever even know what was happening...)
• Fixed a few pesky mana cost modifiers that really though they could hide! (None of them are static, anymore!)
• Fixed a few pesky cards that shouldn't have been playable when they were!
• Fixed Conditions! (Now they can finally know who brought them into the world!)
• Fixed a few pesky card tests that had no idea what was what!

All tests are passing and the mass simulation causes no errors. Good job with that many changes! One minor though: Some of the druid decks complain about missing cards (probably because of the renaming). Anyway, merging that right in master
