Permanent update #335

Adds Permanent entity type.
- Permanent is subclass of Summon.
Moves Minion to subclass of Summon.
Updated all code to work with these changes.
Added Elemental tribe.

This looks really well done. I especially like that you took the time to also renamed related variables and methods to *summon and not just the class itself.
