Frames inhancements

• Mouse events: use Point Location instead of int X; int Y
• Frame metrics: use Point Location, Size Size, Rectangle Bounds instead of int X, int Y, int Width etc.
• Group Text properties into class, not plain properties in Frame
• Add frame drawing functions and eliminated access to underlying SpriteLayer
  • Text drawing
  • Image drawing
  • Sprite drawing
  • Overlay rendering (stuff that is not bound by frame rectangle)
