What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the file through a Python interpreter
Many comments contain non-ascii characters. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Syntax error, some special character in many comments. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse. 

Please provide any additional information below.
This is one of the comment lines -
