re-opened account #740

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I open the app 
2. Put in my last remembered password
3. It will pop up: Database Format not recognized. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.99.11 
operating system : Samsung Android

Please provide any additional information below.
I had the app before in another phone then when I got the new one I transferred 
the file via email and it didn't open so I uninstalled it. NOW I reinstalled 
and it won't let me open it. PLEASE help I need this app.

This message indicates that the application does not know how to read your 
file. I recommend trying to copy your file again. Maybe it was corrupted in 
transfer.
