Update of Digg service : Example and minor fixes #4

Please review the changes.

- Updating the Digg Service example to show how to change the other optional 
requesting parameters (Count of result per request, Sorting, Offset 
starting, domain filter).

- Minor Updating DiggSearchForm 

- Updates in DiggSearchServiceImpl and a fix for the user icon link to 
return the Icon image URI of the story submitting user. The icon attribute 
is a relative URI to digg.com website
