Fix the versions of ansible and ansible-lint in the ansible-lint GitHub Action (#56) #60

@JMLX42 I switched to iranzo's fork of ansible/ansible-lint-action and removed the FIXME. I tested by temporarily introducing errors in .yml files and I confirm that the linting still works.
