Upgrade to latest version of Telegram Android #2

The current live version of LaPrimaire.org's android app is from November 2015. It does not support a lot of new cool features that have been added since then by Telegram (supergroups, new bot API...). We should update/sync our Telegram Android app to the latest Telegram Android version.

Re-syncing implies the following work:

  1. re-sync the code with the latest code from Telegram Android
  2. rename org.telegram.messenger to org.telegraph.messenger in the entire code base
  3. overwrite telegram's onboarding images with LaPrimaire.org images
  4. hook the telegram's onboarding so that the first thing the user sees in talking to @LaPrimaireBot after registration.
  5. re-apply LaPrimaire.org translation strings and translate in french the newly added strings
