[x] Hackathon loose ends
[x] EU funding? --> Discussed opportunities. Perhaps BZK / EZK could fund the writing of a grant.
[x] Students in hackathon --> Ruben wil organize something with Patrick for students
[x] Location The Hague --> Stefan adds slide to Google sheets for sign-up.
[x] Involve User centered design companies --> stimulate pitches for innovation budget.

[x] CIO Beraad as a board of advisors --> OK. Proposal will be discussed at the end of November.
[x] Should / must open source. Meet in the middle: only OSS visible on Demodam.nl (so MUST), but closed source integrations possible (but closed source is not hosted on Demodam.nl environment). --> Edo will ask @Ainali to submit a PR for this.
[x] Distinction between innovation projects, production grade projects, and community enhancing (BZK) projects. --> Edo will add this to the Google presentation
[x] BZK pitches for dev funding: seperate meetup? --> No, we'll do this during the onboarding session.
[x] Some small funding for smaller menial maintenance tasks for Demodam should be available (less than 10k / year) --> Ruben and Joeri will send Edo a proposal (seperate issue)
[x] How to involve user centered design organizations --> No clear thoughts on this just yet.

[ ] What are our personal goals and ambtions?

[ ] Approve on first version of governance.md document (please make changes beforehand). Note it does not have to be perfect (we can add to it later), but we should all be comfortable with it as a first version.

[x] Discuss the jury and the criteria for winning projects / ideas for the hackathon
[x] Decide on the supporting collaboration platform used during the hackathon

it's so confusing using the name Team Core when there has been another Team Core part of Common Ground for 3 years now...

To make it easier for international collaborators, we should use English terms where possible.

Team Demodam, the mayors of demodam, Demodam united.... I don't know... so many options besides team core. I'm sure the team can come with a good one
