Build outside Eclipse #121

Hi demodude4u,

I like your factorio projects, great work. I noticed that building the project outside eclipse will not properly package the resources from the folder "res". Also, checking in eclipse settings seems not to be portable, so I removed the eclipse specific files in my fork. Since the eclipse settings get generated by the eclipse maven plugin, that should be okay. What do you think?

I would prefer to keep the eclipse files in the repo for this project. If there is a way to modify this PR to still support building within eclipse after your modifications, then I'll take another look at this. 🙂
