Splitters exceed grid boundary #51

It appears that the selection box needs to be rotated because the shape is rectangular. This would have appeared correct if you can imagine horizontal selection boxes lined up with the grid, but since they are all rotated splitters, the odd rectangle shape tricks the shifting heuristic to shift in the wrong direction.
