Etherealoid monks get the fire/frost brand gauntlets as first gift that they can't use #103

When neither of the brand has generated, they has the otype of STRANGE_OBJECT, thus they can pass both is_monk_safe_artifact and is_eth_safe_artifact, making Etherealoid's first gift either of them
