LICENSE file as mentioned in README.md is missing now!

@ManAnRuck is there a special license which demokratie-live uses or is it the standard Apache 2.0 license? I can create a new license file and add it to the repo, if you don't mind

hi @6543 ups, i refactored the hole client and I think I forgot the license file.

@ogbeche77 I used now the Insights -> Community Github feature to add the missing file. so it should be added already.
