annotation and uses in the model #1

Can you please add the code regarding annotation and how it is working here before giving the images to the program?

The project is a sponsored by a company, so the dataset is not public. But if you have your own images, you can use any annotation tool like labelme. Then you can write a script to auto-crop the insulators. I will look for the script we used and upload.
