Fix, reimplement, or detele this code #141

The IabHelper has many bugs. It should not be shipped with any production code. 
IabHelper is responsible for 90% of crashes in my app. I will now publish the 
4th service release due to bugs in the IabHelper.

Please fix, reimplement or delete this code.

It is true that IabHelper is really full of bugs.
Not really up to the standards of Google.
And it seems unmaintained too.

I have contacted Google on behalf of all of the developers using it to 
implement in-app purchases. Hopefully they'll get it up to production grade :)
