STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to developer console and add email addresses for testing
2. Upload the App to develeoper console in draft mode.
3. Sideload the app on a device
4. try to pay and it goes through as a real transaction. No mention of "test"
anywhere on purchase.
EXPECTED OUTPUT:
I expect to be able to test In-App subscriptions with my Product Id's
ACTUAL OUTPUT:
I am not able to make a test purchase. Also, after buying a real item, I get
the error "You already own this item". So I am not even able to test the
purchase flow more than once per Product Id.

Latest as of 11/7/13
DEVICE:

NOTES:
Followed all the steps in

ing-purchases without success.
