Add path variables to PreferenceTasks #112

Enhancement. I would like to be able to use path variables like ECLIPSE_HOME 
and WORKSPACE_LOC in the Preference Task file.

This would enable me to create general tasks for multiple users. 

Example:

/instance/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.ui/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.ui.preferences.ru
ntime.last.type.org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.runtime.eap.61=${WORKSPACE_LOC}/../myse
rver
