workspace mechanic prompts for import every time eclipse is opened #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open eclipse luna workspace.

What is the expected output? 
The first time should show a prompt to import the preferences.
I should not be prompted again until the preferences are updated.

What do you see instead?
Every time eclipse is opened I am prompted to import preferences.

What version of the product are you using? 
Workspace mechanic 0.4.0
Eclipse Luna 4.4.1

On what operating system? Mac (Maveric)

Please provide any additional information below.
preferences file is located in ~/.eclipse/mechanic/
