Setting up a github org for this crate and potentially others #9

I've had the idea to maybe set up a github org (demoscene-rs for example could work) and move this repo to there, it would also allow for other repo's that relate to demo's written in/with rust

I really like the idea, though I'm not acquainted with any other sceners who use Rust. I think a demoscene-rs could be great, surely more demoscene-related crates are going to be developed. I'd personally like to see cargo-integrated sizecoding solutions and maybe write a synth myself.

Created a organization and moved this repo to https://github.com/demoscene-rs/rust-rocket. In the next few days I'll send a PR to GNU Rocket to update their readme, as well as publish a new crate/fix the docs on crates.io
